Matt Sanderson specializes in investment acquisition services and office/industrial leasing, delivering data-driven commercial real estate solutions for investors and occupiers. With over 11 years of national experience with a leading global firm, JLL, he has successfully negotiated more than 500 transactions totaling over $850 million in value. Working alongside his wife and business partner, Amanda Sanderson, at Titan Commercial, Matt is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships and achieving exceptional outcomes for clients.

In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Matt co-founded strIQ and Freedom Investor Academy, innovative platforms that combine technology and coaching to help investors accelerate wealth and achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.

Matt and his wife, Amanda, live in Houston with their two children, and their golden retriever, Sandy. A proud supporter of Texas A&M and Abilene Christian University, Matt is passionate about educating others on the benefits of real estate investing. When he's not working, you'll find him playing music (piano, guitar, harmonica) with family and friends or helping others on their real estate investing journeys.
